Wash and fold is a convenient laundry service where we wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes for you. You simply drop off or schedule a pickup—we take care of the rest!

Wash and Fold Questions
We use our house detergent and dryer sheets by default, but you can customize your order with premium or fragrance-free options.

Laundry is generally priced by the pound. In some cases, we do have fixed prices by the item (e.g., comforters, dog beds, washable rugs, etc.)

Yes. To encourage sustainable practices, we require a $20 minimum for drop-off orders and $40 minimum for pickup and delivery orders.
Standard turnaround time is two (2) business days. Expedited service is available upon request; please see our pricing page for details.
Unusually large orders may require more time, but we'll be sure to contact you first if that is the case.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to ensure good hygiene and avoid mix-ups and losses.
While we do make an effort to check pockets, we also encourage you to make a habit of emptying your pockets before putting your clothes in the hamper just in case.
We do not read label instructions for every item of clothing. We ask that you let us know if extra care is required any items (e.g., if you'd like workout clothes air-dried or sweaters lay-flat to dry).
Yes!
We don't like it when our whites turn pink or gray either! Rest assured, your items will be separated by whites, lights, and darks.
Yes, just include your preferences in the order notes, and we’ll take care of it. We can only accept detergents in liquid or in pod form.

Not at this time. All pickups and deliveries are currently scheduled between 8 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pickup & delivery starts at just $7 per order and includes both pickup and return of your clean laundry. Pricing varies by zip code. Check out our pricing page to see the most current prices.
Just let us know by adding notes to the special instructions and preferences fields at checkout.
Yes! When scheduling your pickup online, you can choose a one-time pickup, weekly service, or every other week—whatever fits your routine best. If you need to skip a week or take a break, you can make changes from your account Dashboard online.
No. Reoccurring orders can be canceled at any time.
If you plan to be away on vacation, a work trip or don't have much laundry you can you can make changes to your order from your account Dashboard online.
We’ll charge the card on file once your order is complete, just before we return your freshly cleaned laundry.
Please place your laundry in a We Do Laundry bag or a cinch-top trash bag for pickup. After your first order, you'll receive a free We Do Laundry bag to use for future service.
For hygiene purposes, we return your clean laundry in fresh plastic bags. We also return any dirty cloth laundry bags you provided.
If same-day pickup isn’t showing as an option, it may be after our 2 PM cutoff or we’ve reached our capacity for the day. Feel free to contact us to check availability!
Please note, for same-day turnaround service, pickups must occur before 10am.
While the system defaults to a drop-off date 2+ business days after pickup, you can request same-day turnaround (for pickups before 10 AM) or next-day service in Step 2 under "Turnaround Time."
